Right, this is the blog of your favorite nomad. If you don’t know who your favorite nomad is, or if you think that it’s Ibn Battuta or some Bedouin sheikh writing, then you don’t know who I am and none of this is relevant to you. That’s fine. Auf weiderzeng.
But if you’re laughing your head off because you know why I mentioned Ibn Battuta (and if you were in my history class but don’t know, then you weren’t paying any attention to Kelsey), or if you know perfectly well who’s writing and wouldn’t dream of putting me in charge of a whole tribe of Bedouins, then you’re probably in the right spot to read about me and my latest antics. In case you haven’t heard, and many people haven’t, I moved again. Hmm… no wonder the first question most people ask when I give them a ring is, “Where are you?”
Anywho, the point of this blog is to tell you where, and to reassure y’all that I haven’t blown anything up (sorry Megs) or gotten into trouble or met any zombies aside from the people half-asleep in class.

I can’t figure out how to submit comments for anything other than this, so I’m commenting here. I remember the Japanese verb, and lord, poor you. What classes are you taking, then? (You missed our history test today, lucky. There was no mention of Ibn Battuta, much to Kelsey’s disappointment.)
Btw, email me your address in your current location wo kudasai.
Also, what I think is supposed to be “konnichiwa” on your home page showed up as boxes on the computer I’m using, just so you know. Maybe it’s this computer, maybe it’s not, who knows, I care…..
Anthony beat me by 2 points on the Italian test. Man was I annoyed…. But his dad is much happier with the -8 I got on this test than the -55 on the last, so yay.
Wow, I hope this works………

Person with a multiple-personality disorder:
I have Fundamentals of Art (pre-requisite to all other art classes but crafts), Theatre Arts, (not) Advanced World Studies, a free period to do science online, French 2, Algebra 2, and Creative Writing. That’s from now through semester, which is in like January. I’m getting credit for French and math -only.
Next semester, I’m taking more World, two periods of English (if I started with one now I wouldn’t get credit for it, so I’m going double next semester), more math, more French, Architectural CAD on a lesser scale than I had been, and Driver’s Ed. That’s right, they’re letting me drive. [insert evil cackle here]
Once a week I have homeroom. Oh, and here’s why you should be jealous: I had no school yesterday or today due to conferences, and every Wednesday is an early out.
And, yes, that’s “konnichiwa.” Your computer must not support Japanese fonts. I can read but not write, so I had to copy-paste every single character from the Japanese version of Wikipedia.
Love and a reminder not to get too caught up in test scores because you’re clever enough and don’t need grades to validate that (although you have them),

Hey chicy, gahd, sorry it’s taken me all of forever to write back to you. Eer, replying to that email you sent wayyyy back when. However! I wish to state that no, I have not forgotten you, yes, I do miss you, despite what my carelessness over replying implies. Argh, I’m so sorry for not writing back earlier. So how do you like it over there then? How did your enseble go? Was it really fun? Did you guys go to any competitions with it? What was the plot like? What was the best part about it? What was your character like? – By the by, cool blogg. I like it. – What does your apt. or house look like? How’s your family? You may be pleased to hear that I’m involved in drama too now. Whoop
. It is fun. Roosevelt’s putting on a play about a reporter. It should be a fun one. However, there’s a part where a character has to be flipped over and there’s some serious trouble with that. Hmm . . . I do suppose that I should have made this a really small comment and instead should have just sent you a really long e . . but I couldn’t resist. I really hope you’re doing great and I’m so sorry for not replying earlier to you. Ugh, I feel tres guilty now. Hey, if you would like a good book to read, though, I would suggest turning your thoughts to Paulo Coelho’s The Zahir. It’s a pretty durned fabulous book. Oh, hey, did you get a lot of snow over your way?
I didn’t really watch the weather reports too much for areas outside of Des Moines, but I do know that a lot of towns were hit really hard. Well dear, I do hope that you’re having a bit of a better time then you had on Monday and I hope that the school’s food is no longer offending your taste buds. I also hope that this blog comment isn’t too long, I haven’t exactly commented on a blog before so I don’t know what to write. Well dear, I will see you later and take your time in replying ( goodness knows I sure did ). I hope that you have a flipping fabulous time with whatever you chose to be doing. Goodbye dear.
Yours truly
